The Brief:

These two newly built properties, situated side by side just off Streatham High Street, were designed as contemporary family homes. Our staging focused on transforming the blank canvas of these modern builds into warm, welcoming spaces where families could instantly feel at home.

With expansive open-plan living areas, it was essential to create a sense of comfort and intimacy while maintaining the clean architectural lines. We introduced a soft Scandinavian-inspired palette throughout, layering natural textures and light tones to enhance warmth and cohesion.

Subtle pops of colour were thoughtfully incorporated to lift the spaces and add personality, ensuring the homes felt both stylish and liveable — perfectly suited to modern family life.
